Directed by Jordan Vogt-Roberts, "Kong: Skull Island" is a reboot of the King Kong franchise. The film takes place in the 1970s and follows a team of scientists and soldiers on an expedition to a remote island in the Pacific, where they encounter the legendary giant ape, Kong.
